In order to access a complementary therapy service at your local hospice or palliative care unit you usually have to be under their care. Ask your GP, district nurse or specialist nurse if it is appropriate to refer you to your local hospice or palliative care unit. You may be able to access other complementary therapy services in your area via support associations.
